You can claim any DC 3 prizes from lottery retailers in the state. Alternatively, you can claim by mail. You will need to fill in the information on the back of your ticket and send it, along with a claim form, to DC Lottery Prize Center, 2235 Shannon Place, SE, Washington, D.C. 20020.
